hpe_nimble_shelf – Manage the HPE Nimble Storage shelves.¶
Requirements¶
The below requirements are needed on the host that executes this module.
- Ansible 2.9 or later
- NimbleOS 5.0 or later
- HPE Nimble Storage SDK for Python 1.0.0 or later (nimble-sdk Python module)
Parameters¶
- accept_dedupe_impact (False, bool, None)
- Accept the reduction or elimination of deduplication capability on the system as a result of activating a shelf that does not meet the necessary deduplication requirements.
- accept_foreign (False, bool, None)
- Accept the removal of data on the shelf disks and activate foreign shelf.
- activated (True, bool, None)
- Activated state for shelf or disk set means it is available to store date on. An activated shelf may not be deactivated.
- driveset (False, int, None)
- Driveset to activate.
- force (False, bool, None)
- Forcibly activate shelf.
- last_request (False, bool, None)
- Indicates this is the last request in a series of shelf add requests.
- state (True, str, None)
- The shelf operation.
- shelf_serial (True, str, None)
- Serial number of shelf.
- host (True, str, None)
- HPE Nimble Storage IP address.
- password (True, str, None)
- HPE Nimble Storage password.
- username (True, str, None)
- HPE Nimble Storage user name.
